  • Staff Report

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominique Lundy, 30, from Arcadia, following an investigation into a disturbance on Water Street in the Town of Lyons.

Lundy was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and had an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of trespass.

Last month Lundy was arrested for trespassing. He was also arrested in 2023 on a half-dozen charges following a domestic incident.

Deputies responded to a report of a man causing a disturbance at a residence where Lundy had previously been banned. After identifying Lundy as the individual involved, he was arrested for Criminal Trespass and the outstanding Bench Warrant.

Lundy was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, issued an appearance ticket for the Criminal Trespass charge, and held on the Bench Warrant. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lyons Court at a later date to address the charges.
