The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Dominique Lundy, a 30-year-old resident of Arcadia for trespassing.
This arrest followed a 911 call from an anonymous informant who alerted authorities that Lundy had unlawfully entered a building in the town of Lyons from which he was previously banned.
Upon arrival, deputies found Lundy inside the building, violating the formal directive not to enter the premises.
Lundy was detained without any issues and subsequently processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He was released with an appearance ticket and is slated to return to Lyons Town Court at a future date.
