Ontario County man indicted for second-degree murder in Rochester

An Ontario County man was indicted for second-degree murder in connection with a fatal stabbing in Rochester last month.

Mark Burdick, 54, of Clifton Springs, was accused of stabbing Myron Fair, 53, during an argument on April 21st.


The incident occurred in a car outside the Pinnacle Place apartment building on South Clinton Avenue. Fair succumbed to his injuries at Strong Memorial Hospital. Burdick was arrested the following night on Murray Street.

Burdick remains in Monroe County Jail as the case proceeds.
