Francisco Lindor went deep twice, driving in four total runs, leading the New York Mets to an 8-2 victory in the series finale against the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday afternoon.

The Mets (13-11) snapped a three-game skid and finished the West Coast trip 3-3.

Lindor opened the scoring in the third inning with a two-run shot and extended the lead in the ninth with another two-run homer to cap off a four-hit game. Tyron Taylor also had a nice day at the plate, going 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a two-run double. Jeff McNeil added two hits, including a run-scoring single.

Sean Manaea tossed 4.2 shutout innings while walking four and striking out six. Reed Garrett allowed a run over two innings, and Edwin Díaz surrendered an unearned run in the ninth.
