The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Middlesex resident following an ongoing court order violation.
Caden Paterson, 22, was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt on April 10 around 8:20 a.m., according to a news release.
Paterson was arrested after deputies were called to a local residence finding he was, in fact, at a location that he wasn’t allowed based on an active court order.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
