Auburn, Geneva teens show up at Waterloo home to fight 16-year-old; both face harassment and endangerment charges

Police in Waterloo say two teens from Auburn and Geneva were arrested after showing up at a 16-year-old’s house in Waterloo for a fight.

Ciara Malave, 19, of Geneva; and Rowena Walker, 18, of Auburn were both arrested and charged with harassment and child endangerment after apparently showing up at a 16-year-old’s home in Waterloo.

Police say the motive for the two showing up at the victim’s home was for a fight, which had followed an exchanging of messages between the involved parties.

Details of those messages were not released.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim. The two suspects were arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
