Skaneateles hockey wins back-to-back state titles

For the second consecutive season and the sixth time in school history, the Skaneateles hockey team has captured a state title. 

The Lakers defeated Queensbury, 5-1, in the New York State Division II Championship on Sunday afternoon at the LECOM Harborcenter in Buffalo. 

Andrew Gaglione scored twice, while Noah Testa, Cole Palmer, and Braedan Taggart tallied goals. 

Skaneateles finished the season with a 24-1 record.
