The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sennett resident after a vehicle went off the road on Route 34 near Robinson Road in Ira.
On February 17 around 4:40 p.m. deputies observed the vehicle off the roadway and went to assist the driver.
Ivan Guzylak was found to be intoxicated, deputies said. He was charged with DWI and transported to the public safety building for processing.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
