The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Weedsport man following an incident on Plaza Drive in the town of Sennett.
On February 17 around 3:35 p.m. deputies arrested Ricky Warner, 37, of Weedsport for criminal mischief and aggravated family offense.
Deputies had been dispatched to a local retail store for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, the victim reported a dispute with Warner, during which he shattered the rear passenger window of her car.
He was taken into custody without incident. The charges will be answered at a later date.
