The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canadice resident following a fatal overdose investigation.
Hank Babcock, 39, was arrested for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The felony charge stems from an investigation into an overdose death in January. He’s accused of providing cocaine to the victim, which caused their death.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
