Sheriff Thompson to host coffee hour with residents on March 1

Seneca County Sheriff Timothy J. Thompson, Jr. is extending an open invitation to the residents of Seneca County for a unique opportunity to engage with local law enforcement in a relaxed setting. The event, titled “Coffee With Your Sheriff’s Office,” is scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office located at 6150 Route 96, Romulus, New York. This initiative aims to foster open dialogue and strengthen community ties.

Attendees will have the chance to tour the Law Enforcement Center, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the operations and facilities. The event promises to be an informal gathering where community members can discuss public safety concerns, interests, and other topics over complimentary refreshments and snacks. It’s an opportunity for direct interaction with Sheriff Thompson, the Undersheriff, and other members of the Sheriff’s Office in a non-formal setting.

Those interested in attending are asked to confirm their attendance by February 28, 2024. RSVPs can be made to Ashley Denmark by phone at (315) 220-3403 or via email at [email protected]. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office is looking forward to engaging with the community and addressing their concerns in an effort to enhance public safety and community relations.
