Police arrested a Geneva duo following an assault investigation involving a child.
Lisa Ocasio-Borrero, 47, and Juan Ocasio-Borrero, both of Geneva were arrested for second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident involving a minor under the age of 17.
They’re accused of striking the minor with a ‘dangerous instrument’, which resulted in the felony assault charge.
Both will appear in city court at a later date.
