The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Burdett man following a traffic stop on January 13.
Deputies arrested 72-year-old John Benedict on charges for DWI.
Deputies found Benedict unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle. After conducting a welfare check and investigation he was taken into custody without incident.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
