Hooligan’s Eastside days away from opening in Macedon

Webster’s popular sports bar and restaurant, Hooligans Eastside Grill, is expanding its presence with a new location set to open in Macedon this month. The new establishment, located at 1011 Pittsford Palmyra Road (Route 31), follows the success of the original Hooligans in Webster, which has been serving customers since 2005.

General Manager Nicole Flood tells the D&C that while the Macedon venue will feature a similar menu to its Webster counterpart, it will offer brick oven pizzas instead of wood-fired options. The 6,000-square-foot space can accommodate around 180 guests, including a 42-seat bar. An additional 50 seats will be available on an outdoor patio for seasonal dining.

Looking ahead to 2024, Flood plans to further enhance the 11-acre property by adding volleyball and cornhole courts. They also intend to host specialty outdoor events during the summer months, including festivals, to create a vibrant community space.

The Macedon restaurant will operate daily, starting at 11 a.m., with the kitchen closing at 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and at 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar will remain open until midnight each day. Flood mentioned that they will adjust their offerings and hours based on customer feedback and business needs.
