Syracuse’s five-game win streak ends with road loss to Duke (full coverage)

The Syracuse Orange had its five-game win streak snapped with an 86-66 loss to the Duke Blue Devils on Tuesday night at the Cameron Indoor Stadium.

With the loss, Syracuse drops to 10-4 on the season and 1-2 on the road.

The Orange trailed by just two points at halftime and hung around for about five minutes in the second half, but turnovers and perfect three-point shooting from Duke resulted in a double-digit loss for Syracuse.

Maliq Brown led the Orange with a career-high and a game-high 26 points on 11-for-16 shooting. Judah Mintz poured in 18 points, while JJ Starling added nine.
