A rollover crash on State Route 245 in the town of Gorham has led to the arrest of Seth Labombard, a 34-year-old man from Geneva, on charges of drunk driving.
The incident, which occurred shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday, involved Labombard’s vehicle veering off the right-hand lane and colliding with a Frontier telephone pole, resulting in the vehicle overturning.
Labombard sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment. The crash led to the closure of State Route 245 for approximately five hours as emergency crews worked at the scene.
Labombard now faces multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, operating an unregistered and uninspected motor vehicle, failure to keep right, and moving from a lane unsafely.
He received traffic tickets for these offenses and is scheduled to appear in Gorham Town Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Stanley-Hall-Gorham Ambulance, and Canandaigua Emergency Squad were involved in the response and handling of the accident scene.
