Felony burglary charges follow Bloomfield investigation

Deputies arrested a 62-year-old Wayland resident following a burglary investigation on Rice Road in Bloomfield.

Ruth Young-Card, 62, was arrested a little before 7 p.m. on Tuesday for third-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny.

She’s accused of stealing property from the victim’s garage at an address on Rice Road.

She was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
