Wegmans campaign raises over $600,000 for Foodlink

Wegmans has successfully concluded its “Check Out Hunger” campaign, generating substantial funds for Foodlink, a key organization in the fight against hunger.

The campaign, which engaged customers at Finger Lakes area stores, successfully raised a remarkable $686,667 this fall, contributing to Foodlink’s initiatives.

This recent effort is part of a longstanding collaboration between Wegmans and Foodlink, spanning three decades and accumulating over $15 million in donations. These funds play a crucial role in supporting Foodlink’s mission to address hunger and promote healthier communities.

Celebrating its 30th year in 2023, the “Check Out Hunger” campaign has consistently demonstrated the power of community engagement in tackling social issues.
