The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Manchester teen following a disturbance at the Manchester Inn.
According to a news release, Jacob Bartosch, 19, of Manchester had been involved in a verbal argument with another person there; and tried to enter a room. When he entered, Bartosch is accused of slamming the door so aggressively the deadbolt broke.
He’s also accused of damaging a window during the incident.
All told, the damages exceeded $825, resulting in a criminal mischief charge.
He will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charge.
