Police in Geneva say a Geneva resident faces a felony charge after a crime-in-progress investigation on November 20.
According to a news release, Marlon J. Oselmo, 23, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after violating an active court order.
Police say he had physical contact with a protected party who had a ‘refrain from’ order of protection.
The felony charge will be answered at a later date.
