A Geneva man faces two felony charges after police said he entered and remained in the home of a person protected by a stay-away order on Thursday.
Geneva police identified the man as Justus Foster, 19, and said the incident occurred on Exchange Street.
Police said Foster left before officers arrived but was later located and taken into custody.
Foster was charged with aggravated criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, both felonies.
Police described Foster as having a prior felony conviction.
He was taken to centralized arraignment court, where a stay-away order was issued.
Police said he remained in jail pending his next court date.
