Tactical Construction Inc., a rapidly growing subcontracting and home renovation firm, is revolutionizing the construction industry in Farmington.

Founded in 2015 by Matt Martin, a service-disabled veteran, the company began as framing specialists and has since expanded to offer a comprehensive range of construction services.

This includes residential projects like kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, basements, HVAC services, and a commercial division providing subcontracting for general contractors. Notably, the company features a kitchen cabinetry showroom and building information modeling (BIM) specialists.

Striving to disrupt the negative stigma surrounding the construction industry, Martin infuses his firm’s operations with the core values of honor, courage, and commitment. His goal is to restore public trust in contractors by ensuring ethical practices, quality work, and reliable service. Under his leadership, Tactical Construction has never left a job undone, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ethical business practices over profit.

The company has shown remarkable growth, now employing 62 people, including 30 carpenters, with approximately 20% of the workforce being military veterans.
