Deputies arrested a 35-year-old Franklinville man following a sex abuse investigation in Wayne County.
According to a news release, Dustin Duke, 35, was indicted for predatory sex assault against a child and course of sexual conduct against a child.
Both of those charges follow an investigation that began in April 2023, where it’s alleged that Drake, while living in Marion, engaged in sexual acts over multiple years with a child who was less than 13.
Drake was remanded to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
