Deputies arrested a Shortsville man following an incident on Tuesday.
Around 10:20 a.m. deputies arrested Carl Daldry, 53, of Shortsville for menacing and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
He’s accused of pointing a gun at a person putting them in fear for their safety.
The weapons charges resulted from Daldry having a previous felony conviction, which prevented him from having firearms.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
