State police provided an update on a violent incident that resulted in the arrest of a Walworth man that happened in early-September.
On September 8, troopers responded to a domestic incident where a woman was dragged from a man’s vehicle during a custody exchange.
Gregory Puglisi, 31, was at a location in the town of Walworth for a custody exchange, when an argument ensued, and the woman was then dragged 20 feet down the road.
She sustained minor injuries in the incident, and was treated on scene by EMS.
Puglisi fled and an arrest warrant was issued. On Thursday, October 19 he was taken into custody for reckless endangerment, assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
