Police say a Canandaigua man was taken into custody after an investigation into a dispute.
Joseph Schrader, 41, was arrested for harassment after an investigation into an incident in mid-September.
He’s accused of striking another person in the back of the head during a dispute.
He was arraigned on the charge and will answer it at a later date in city court.
