Rochester woman faces felony charges in Wayne County over string of domestic incidents

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has taken Tamila S Jackson-Kemp, 30, of Rochester, into custody on several charges, including a probation violation, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, aggravated contempt, and aggravated harassment.

Jackson-Kemp’s arrest followed a warrant issued by Judge Fratangelo for the probation violation.

Furthermore, Jackson-Kemp faces charges related to three distinct domestic disturbances that took place on May 25, May 30, and Sept. 4 in the town of Sodus.

These incidents breached an existing protection order. After her arrest, she was conveyed to the Wayne County Jail, where she awaited a CAP hearing scheduled for 7:00 AM on Sept. 8.
