Former Syracuse and Buffalo Bills wide receiver Mike Williams is on life support following injuries suffered at a construction site last week, the Tampa Bay Times reported Wednesday.
Jon Scott of Spectrum News Buffalo reported Tuesday night that the 36-year-old had died.
Williams, a Buffalo native, played three seasons at Syracuse from 2006 to 2009 before entering the NFL Draft. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010 and then played for his hometown Bills in 2014.
