After closing its doors earlier this year, the beloved bayside restaurant, Skipper’s Landing on the eastern shore of Sodus Bay, has reopened under the new ownership of Abby and Josh Hogan.
Previously at the helm of Hogan’s Eatery in Sodus and a catering business, the Hogans are no strangers to the dining scene.
The location, celebrated for its captivating views and seafood offerings, boasts an outdoor deck featuring a tiki bar and fire pit.

In its first week back, the restaurant, situated at 7061 Lake Bluff Road, drew numerous patrons arriving by both boat and car.
While the Hogans are still adjusting to the rhythm of the renowned spot, they remain grateful for the community’s patience and support. Currently, Skipper’s Landing opens for dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 2 to 9 p.m. on weekends, with plans to expand to lunch service over Labor Day weekend.
