David Tulley, the owner of I’m Stuck, has taken out a three-year lease on a billboard atop his downtown Auburn cannabis business location after the state’s Office of Cannabis Management shut down eight of his shops for unlicensed cannabis sales and alleged sales to minors.

While Tulley’s lawyer, Joseph A. Bondy, is contesting the state’s closure order and negotiating for a cannabis processor license on his behalf, the business owner is also exploring expansion in Minnesota, according to reporting by The Citizen this week.

Tulley’s ventures in New York are under scrutiny, with potential fines amounting to thousands per day for unlicensed sales.

Despite facing these legal challenges, Tulley remains optimistic, focusing on potential opportunities and expressing gratitude to the central New York community via his new billboard.
