Over the weekend the Seneca Falls Police Department apprehended 31-year-old Trejohn Pierce of Waterloo in relation to an incident that transpired on June 24.
During the incident, Pierce was reportedly found in possession of plastic knuckles, a prohibited weapon under New York law.
Pierce was charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon and was subsequently released on an appearance ticket.
He is expected to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charge.
