State police arrested a Macedon resident following an incident reported in early July.
According to investigators, Stephen Ross, 48, is accused of exposing himself to a 10-year-old child.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to local court.
