25th Annual Cruisin’ Night in Penn Yan will have new home

Penn Yan is gearing up to host the 25th annual Cruisin’ Night this Friday, according to Jessica Bacher with the Yates County Chamber of Commerce.

Finger Lakes News Radio reports the beloved classic car show and block party will take place at a new location this year—the Yates County Office Complex on Liberty Street—due to an ongoing infrastructure project on Main Street in downtown Penn Yan.

Expectations are high, with up to 200 cars participating in the show which will feature an array of activities for all ages.

The Black Robin Band will perform on the courthouse lawn, while children’s activities will be provided by Moziac.

Additionally, the Penn Yan Public Library will hold a bake sale and various food trucks and vendors will be present. The event, offering a night of fun for the whole community, will run from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. More details can be found on the Chamber of Commerce’s website.
