Syracuse Mets game postponed due to air quality

Tuesday’s game between the Syracuse Mets and Lehigh Valley IronPigs at NBT Bank Stadium has been postponed due to the unhealthy air quality caused by the wildfires in Canada.

The game will be made up Thursday as part of a single-admission doubleheader. Game 1 will start at 4:05 p.m., and Game 2 will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first contest.

Syracuse sits at 22-35 on the season after dropping four of six in Rochester last week.
