Last week state police responded to a reported road rage incident in the area of Meads Creek Road and Victory Highway in the town of Campbell.
Victims reported that a man had halted his vehicle in traffic, exited, and initiated a confrontation while they stayed in their car.
Following the investigation, troopers identified and arrested the suspect, 39-year-old Andrew D. Morrison of Campbell.
Morrison has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (an A Misdemeanor), Criminal Tampering 3rd (a B Misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd (Violation).
After his arrest, Morrison was transported to SP Painted Post for processing and was then transferred to the Steuben County Jail for a CAP arraignment.
