Deputies arrested a Pennsylvania man following a robbery and jail escape investigation in Steuben County.
Nathan Foresman, 42, was a Steuben County Jail inmate when he attempted to escape. He stole an access control device inside the jail with the intent to leave.
As result, Foresman was charged with felony counts of robbery and escape.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
