A Bath man was charged with petit larceny after a reported theft of merchandise from a Liberty Street business Oct. 13, according to the Village of Bath Police Department.
Officers responded at about 3:40 p.m. and identified Roy Flansburg, 56, as the suspect.
Police said they located him shortly afterward and arrested him on one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.
Flansburg was released on an appearance ticket for Bath Village Court at a later date.
