State police arrested a Waterloo man following a larceny investigation in Waterloo.
Troopers were called to the Lowes store in Waterloo where Ralph Teneyck, 40, was taken into custody.
He was charged with petit larceny. Additional details about the theft were not released.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
