State police arrested a Big Flats teen on sex charges following an investigation that began in November 2022.
Details were sparse in a press release by New York State Police, but the investigation reportedly began in the town of Troupsburg, which is located in Steuben County.
Cash Bouton, 18, of Big Flats was charged with one count of sexual misconduct.
He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for local court at a later date.
