Deputies arrested a Rochester man in Wayne County after a warrant investigation related to felony burglary charges.
Nicholas Torres, 30, was taken into custody on a Superior Court warrant and then released on his own recognizance after missing two scheduled court appearances.
He has been charged with two counts of burglary.
Torres was turned over to the Irondequoit Police Department for an active warrant with them. Deputies noted that Torres also has an active warrant with Greece PD and five active warrants with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
