Troopers: Willard resident charged with DWI after speeding

Troopers say a stop for speeding in Willard resulted in a DWI arrest.

Christopher Woodard, 55, of Willard was charged with DWI, operating with a BAC over the legal limit, and other traffic violations.

Woodard was stopped for speeding on Route 96A on March 17th.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
