Deputies report the arrest of a Newark man following a larceny investigation that happened last month in the town of Arcadia.
Roderick Lampley, 48, was arrested after he went onto another person’s property and stole items from the porch.
He was located and charged with petit larceny and trespassing.
Deputies say an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim. The charges will be answered at a later date.
