Deputies report the arrest of a Montour Falls man following a domestic incident on February 18th.
According to a news release, Mark Fox, 22, of Montour Falls was charged with criminal mischief after damaging property during a domestic incident.
He was processed at the sheriff’s office and released on an appearance ticket.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
