State police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Wolcott Spring Lake Road in Butler on February 23rd and one person was arrested.
Andrew Finocchiaro, 43, of Chittenango was arrested for DWAI-drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and other charges.
He was taken into custody without incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
