Four people were sent to Strong Memorial Hospital after a personal injury accident on Jackson Hill Road in Arcadia late-Monday.

According to a news release, it happened around 7:30 p.m.

Investigators say Jeremiah Ford, identified as the driver, approached a curve on Jackson Hill Road and failed to navigate it properly, causing him to lose control of the vehicle.

The vehicle then proceeded to leave the roadway and go down an embankment where it rolled over and struck a tree.

There were four people inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, and all had to be transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with an array of injuries.

The investigation remains active, deputies said. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Newark Fire Department, Marbletown Fire Department, Lyons WN3, Newark WN36, Finger Lakes A1, Eastern Wayne AM10, and Wayne County Medic 85.
