Police say a New Jersey man was arrested in Seneca Falls after an animal abuse investigation.
Terrell Hammonds, age 21, was arrested after a report of animal cruelty.
He’s accused of engaging in a physical domestic incident, too.
Between the two incidents, Hammonds was charged with overdriving, torturing, or injuring animals, as well as criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
