New Jersey man charged with animal cruelty in Seneca Falls

Police say a New Jersey man was arrested in Seneca Falls after an animal abuse investigation.

Terrell Hammonds, age 21, was arrested after a report of animal cruelty.

He’s accused of engaging in a physical domestic incident, too.

Between the two incidents, Hammonds was charged with overdriving, torturing, or injuring animals, as well as criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
