State police say a 33-year-old Newark resident was arrested amid a shooting investigation in Lyons.
Allen Juitt, age 33, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
The charges stem from a shooting investigation that began on December 6th
Juitt will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
No additional information was released about the shooting.
