Deputies arrested a Syracuse resident following a traffic stop on Route 96.
Hein San, age 25, was charged with DWI after showing signs of intoxication.
The arrest took place on December 17th around 3:30 a.m.
San was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and will answer the charges at a later date.
