Deputies report the arrest of a Hornell resident following a social services investigation.
Kristina White, age 49, of Hornell is accused of providing false documents to Steuben County DSS between May 2021 and January 2022.
She thereby received more than $3,700 in benefits illegally between June 2021 and May 2022.
White was charged with offering a false instrument for filing and grand larceny.
White was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
