Deputies arrested a 28-year-old Bath resident following a welfare fraud investigation in Steuben County.
According to a news release, Kameo Quick, age 28, of Bath used another person’s benefit card, which was issued by DSS.
An arrest warrant was issued after the incident in September, and she was taken into custody on December 16th.
Quick was charged with misuse of food stamps, misuse of public assistance, and petit larceny.
She was arraigned and the charges will be answered at a later date.
